Foods great but they don’t accommodate their customers. My wife and I came here for the chicken Florentine. The chicken Florentine isn no longer on the menu and they refuse to accommodate us. Das Francesco’s would make me ostrich on Xmas eve if I asked. Kinda upset about how they wouldn’t accommodate us when we’re here to spend plenty of money to make it worth their time.
Step up ur customer service on holidays.
Otherwise great food, great atmosphere and always clean. Just the customer service needs help.
Originally posted 4 stars until my wife had steak sauce spilled on her $80 sweater and we still received a bill. The only people worth paying for this service are the bussers. Without them we would’ve had empty glasses and absolutely zero service. Never returning.response / report this review -

As portion sizes have steadily reduced over he years, so has overall quality. It was the best on the eastside for a long time, now relegated to middle of the pack.

Celebrating 12 years of marriage at the only authentic Italian restaurant in Macomb County!! Awesome veal saltimbocca!! Great soup, salad, & garlic bread.

A very good experience. I recommend this beautiful Luciano's Italian restaurant Far Over waves restaurant. Waves is a highly overpriced poorly managed more popular than it should be restaurant Luciano's was extremely professional experienced in fine cuisine. Priced appropriately it made the evening with friends and family that much better.

Good atmosphere and excellent menu. I had the Lobster ravioli and my wife has the chicken Florentine. Both meals were delicious and the wait staff was attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Over priced menu. Quantity of food not worth high price. Ambiance is nice, skip the costly dinner/app and enjoy the dessert and café.

This was my all-time favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, the last three visits were not up to the caliber of this restaurants reputation! The service was horrible all three times. Last night they were not busy! So can't use that excuse! Portions are smaller! I am extremely disappointed and probably not be returning. This is a trend not an exception. Luciano's, very sad to say goodbye!

Our waiter and assistant were marvelous. They knew when to and not to come to our table. The waiter created a great dish for me. The food was great too.

We made reservations for my girlfriends birthday and it took 45 minutes what is the point of a reservation. But the food is really good if the ever figure out what the word reservation means i will give them 5 stars

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We happened to wander in after doing a Google search for "restaurants near me." Based on the location, I thought it'd be a typical restaurant that you find in a strip mall, but not at all! Statues outside, beautiful murals on the walls inside that make it look like you're in a cafe in Italy, live music, and everyone eating there was very nicely dressed (we were all glad we hadn't worn t-shirts, that's for sure). The food was very good, though the live musician was extremely loud, and we had to shout our orders to the waiter in order for him to hear us. But I imagine that varies, depending on who they've hired in. If it weren't for how loud it was, this would be a 5-star review.

My family has been going to Luciano's since I was a kid, the food is always great. nothing like baked spaghetti, but the filet is nothing to laugh at either. All around a good place for a nice quiet meal.
