Stayed here for what was supposed to be an extended stay. It was OK initially although the sheets were not clean when we arrived. After about a week we found bed bugs in the apartment and vacated immediately. Spoke to Andrea and Tyler in order to resolve and obtain a refund, after initially saying the refund was approved they stopped responding to any communication in order to finalize the refund.
Needless to say, I wont be staying there again.report this review -

We went there for a quick sleep over for a day while visiting a temple nearby, it was a nice place.

Great place to stay Right off the freeway Friendly Staff Clean Room Good Breakfast Would definitely stay there again Upstairs people walked with heavy feet That was only thing wrong with the place Staff was great.

Been here twice now and these are decent condos to rent out. One big problem is the AC will freeze the downstairs while upstairs stays somewhat warm. But nice location in provo and the interior is kept clean.

I stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment and in the 3-bedrooms apartment. Excellent service. Very quick response to maintenance request. Very quick and friendly communication via email. Very good wireless connection. My highest recomendation.

During Jan and Feb of 2015 we stayed at Silver Mountains Suites in Provo UT. Their apartments are clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to take good care of us. They responded quickly to maintenance requests. They listened patiently and went out of their way to help us during a time of need. I give them my highest endorsement and recommendation.
