This is nice restaurant and manager Mr charlie he is sweet person. He is good in any respects. I wish he will have more business to come in . Because good person deserves any good rewards 😊

I haven't been to a place like this, that starts a party early on Sunday since, never! This was a great place to celebrate my bachelorette! Services were excellent!

Service was great! Very helpful. The hose on My hookah was broken so they gave me a whole new one right away. My man brought me for my birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful place. Nice lighting. Fun atmosphere great music!

I would not recommend this restaurant for their lack of customer service. Lets begin with the positive: The tables were nicely set up and the salmon was tasty. Now for the negative experience: My cousin and I inquired about having her wedding reception in the restaurant about 5 months ago. The host only showed us ONE of the various packages the restaurant offers. The bride obviously opted for the package.Why conceal the options and then have customers find this out through other means?Also, the package included liquor. The guests were not served any beverages for two hours. Lack of customer service.

I'm reading your reviews and it just seems to either go great or terrible. Sort of a hit or miss place. I suggest your staff help in improving the service, because it's not fair for them to treat customers either ok, good or horrible and aggressive. Whoever goes to your Lounge, wants to have fun and enjoy it. Just because you have regulars or know your place will be packed regardless, does not give them the right to bring a mood to work- leave that baggage at home. I am Johnny and I've been to Lunch there with my grandmother and to the party brunch with my Best friend. Both times it was great, But I had to say this. I know how nasty servers can get, as well as customers. They need to find a away of diverting the customers dissatisfaction so that he/she will return- not go toe to toe with the person paging to be there. This is a business in an industry that requires a lot of mind games and that's the truth. Any way love and light to you all, the good the bad and the boujee.Have a good night and see you soon. -Bliss

Nice quiet spot in Inwood. They only serve beer and wine and music is decent. Perfect local neighborhood bar

Only giving it 2 stars because the food was the only good thing. My boyfriend & I ordered the appetizer and entree 20 minutes apart purposely so the food wouldn't had come out back to back. It ended up that the calamari took 30 minutes to come out, idk if the server forgot to ring it in or was it really the kitchens fault, like they said. So we got the food but it had to be returned because our server said our appetizer still hadn't come out. So much for that 20 minutes in between ordering. We got there at 9pm & this dinner lasted almost 3 hours because of the slowness either of the kitchen or the server who most likely forgot to ring in the appetizer. Mind you, it wasn't even busy. The place was beautiful and the environment was delightful, but the service was poor.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! Came in this past Palm Sunday for Brunch Without being asked we were just sat at the bar, was i asked if i wanted a regular table? NOOO. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Food was decent. But service sucked they advertise UNLIMITED mimosas but our cups kept being empty and we had to beg for refills pretty much. The older gentleman bartender seem overwhelm and had a nasty attitude. Waited on my check for over 30 minutes! The female bartender was lost didn't seem to know what was going on, she just claimed she wasn't trained And last but not least muscular bartender was in his corner and didn't move from there. Do they know what team work means? Apparently NOT! very bad management and service. NOT WORTH IT. Step up.

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and accommodating hostess! I celebrated my daughters sweet 16 and was highly pleased with this venue! I hired the open air booth for photo favors and required no backdrop due to the elegance of this establishment. This is a hidden gem. Thank you!
