From start to finish, my experience with Signs Unlimited has been awful. First they didn't apply for the permit properly and getting to the bottom of that put us behind. Claude did not communicate effectively or rather AT ALL. He ignored my emails and phone calls. I circumvented him in order to get any customer service at all. Varun took over. On no less than 4 occasions, he said he would confirm or follow up with me. Not once did he. I had to badger them thru the entire process. In addition, Varun told me the sign had shipped when it had not actually shipped!
Had we not experienced other construction delays, we would have opened our store before or sign arrived!
The quality of the sign is iffy at best. Poorly painted and screws partially anchored at an angle.
Either these people involved don't understand customer service or they don't care. What a disaster!
I will be happy to amend my review based on their response to my customer service and quality issues.response / report this review -

This place is amazing! Yes, the pricing is super competitive and reasonable, but the service is superb. The longest part of the process was waiting for the permit to come through from the town, but they followed up often to let me know where things stood. But, the best part was that they turned around manufacturing and installation in just FOUR days! The sign looks beautiful and is the brightest and sharpest sign in our plaza. Thank you so much! Do yourself a favor and start your sign design process at Signs Unlimited!

Not to mention the price is very competitive but the service and followup is very unrealistic. A great customer service, they went all the way out to followup with the City to get my Sign up before the holidays! The installation was quick and efficient, and the outcome an outstanding Sign! I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a sign! Thank you Claude and the team.

The group at Signs Unlimited were great to work with. They did our original ground sign over 10 years ago and when we needed a new building sign just this past month, they were able to replicate the original design perfectly.

I have worked with Gaston and the Signs Unlimited team for over 4 years. They are professional, personable, versatile, efficient, always available and true partners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for building, LED, our other outdoor signage and some indoor signage as well.
