    We had another great experience purchasing a Mazda at Sierra Motors. Loved our salesperson, James, who was so friendly, and also knowledgeable about each model. He was patient and helpful with all my test drives and questions. All the employees we met were extremely professional and friendly. (Thanks also to Craig, George and Rita...) We got a great price and are very happy with our new CX-5! We also appreciate all the time the salesman took explaining the cars features, prior to leaving with our new car. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if we had any questions about the car. Great service!

    This place is usually solid, but some kid puked in the kid area so and they didn't clean it. Then I told her the coffee was out and I was told "that's a guy thing" I dont do the coffee".

    Our family has been buying vehicles from Sierra for over 20 years with wonderful experiences. We recently traded in our 2007 Dodge Ram, bought new from Sierra, and bought a 2016 Ram. Howard Tuttle was awesome!!! Hands down the best salesman that we have ever dealt with!! Definitely will be dealing with him again, I highly recommend Howard & the whole team at Sierra!

    I would put a zero but it was a free oil change. Had a scheduled appt. Took nearly two hours. Evidently they didnt have the filter in stock. I would call ahead to make sure they have the correct parts before hand.

    Had a nice experience. Was my 1st time at this dealership. Just an oil change & tire rotation. Everybody was very friendly. It took about an hour & 20 minutes, maybe a little lengthy, but overall they did a great job. Definitely would recommend & will go back.

    My wife and have purchased cars from Bill Walsh in the past. Always great experiences. We just purchased a car in May. It has been back to the dealership 5 times. Toyota is purchasing the car back however, I purchased an extended warranty, clear coat etc from the dealership. They will not return my full investment in a car that is faulty even though they are getting the car returned to them. The sales manager has been uncooperative and insulting. I have lost countless hours of sleep, business time and family time because I have had to return to this place multiple times. Do not purchase from here unless you want a nightmare if things don't work out at no fault by you. I will be posting this review on every Bill Walsh page and review site.

    Great experience for me at the Sierra Motors. The customer service is super friendly and efficient and was able to get me into an awesome vehicle within a very short time. They had originally sold me a Dodge in 2012 and when I approached the place this week looking for a new vehicle, I was actually remembered . Even though I bought my new car from repokar com, because of my bad budget I highly recommend Sierra Motors to everyone.

    I had my appointment made for 3:30. Vehicle was dropped off on my lunch break and before my appointment time I had voicemail saying my vehicle was done! Prices are great! Service is great!!

    Mixed experience with this dealer. Initial contact with Rachel was amazing, very courteous and helpful and even mentioned that because of New Years and me driving out of state I could get a deal on some autos. When speaking to Craig B. (one of the GM's), he could do much with the price which is understandable as this is a business. What isn't understandable is the condescending tone and inflection I was spoken to by him following me telling him I wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle. He stated he didn't understand why customers think they can negotiate on price when they haven't even seen the vehicle (I'd only seen about 10 photos and specs). Instead of trying to understand why I, the individual on the phone looking to bring business to him from over 2 hours away, thought I could get the price changed he instead generalized me with a label and grouped me onto the other "customers" that had the same feelings. No one is perfect, but trying to ask me what exactly it was I was looking for to try and suggest/sell another vehicle he felt that belittling my intelligence by speaking down to me. 5 star for initial contact, 1 for what followed. Hopefully others will have a better experience with them, I won't be reconsidering doing business with them as there are many other dealers and private parties willing to treat me with respect.

    The service department was able to schedule the work I needed quickly and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner without any hassles. Everyone was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Great job!

    First off, fix your computer site. My name is not Sarah Orlandi.

    Our family has bought 10-15 cars, trucks, vans etc. from them over the past several years and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Our battery died in our 2014 Jeep after 2 years and they would not replace it, said it was not their problem. The manager of the maintenance department was rude and acted like we were annoying him. Watch yourself. They will sell you a car and not back it up. They will get you into all these plans that you pay for but nothing is covered. More money in the pocket for them, less for us. I will now go somewhere else for service and cars. Also, I will not EVER refer anyone again.

    Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The entire staff at Sierra was fantastic. They ordered my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock and they kept me apprised of it's status the whole way. The delivery process was as smooth as can be and we were motoring in our new Jeep in no time at all! Would definitely recommend Sierra Motors to all (and, in fact, already have). Thank you Sierra!!!

    My buying experience could not have been better! I knew what vehicle I was interested in and had in the past purchased my vehicles. I was interested in leasing and George was very thorough and clear when explaining the leasing process. I traded in my vehicle and they were very fair with the value.

    Very happy with my experience with Mark Imhof (Sales) on my recent purchase. I reached out to the dealership about a particular used car and was put into contact with Mark. We traded communications and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I scheduled a time for a test drive. Unfortunately, circumstances prompted me to change my time and he was more than accommodating. When I arrived, the car was ready for a test drive and afterward, I was ready to make a deal. We negotiated for the best price and closed the deal in about 90 minutes, test drive to keys. I appreciated the negotiation and felt very confident and happy with the deal. I was grateful for Mark's respect of my time and his respectful communication and professionalism. I would consider him again for the next vehicle purchase.
