Amazing employees!! So customer focused! Dropped off a broken necklace around 3pm on a Friday, && it picked up around noon Saturday! Such quick and friendly service. Would recommend this jeweler to ANYONE over and over. Thank you Sickengers for taking such great care of my procelsss possession!!!

Sickinger's is the one and only place I will go to purchase any jewelry. They are family owned and are fantastic with their customer service. They remember who you are as soon as you walk in, and are so friendly. They never push a product on you either. And I absolutely love that.

I use Sickinger's Jewelry for all of my jewelry needs. Whether it's a new battery for your watch or an anniversary gift, this is the place to go. I got my fiancé's engagement ring and ordered our wedding bands with them and we could not be happier. Jim and Kathy are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and they helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend Sickinger's.

This is a great locally owned jewelery store. The customer service is fantastic. The jewelers are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been able to answer tons of questions for me. Additionally, the women that work in the store are very kind and have helped me pick out gifts many times. I recently ordered an Add-A-Pearl necklace through them. While they didn't have the size pearl I was interested in they were able to quickly get one ordered for me.

I've only ever had great experiences working with them and I would recommend Sickenger's to anyone.

6 months ago they appraised a ring for 715$ and offered me 315$ for it. Today they offered me 28$ for it and said I did not get that quote from them. The same lady was there. Also my mother had the ring appraised by them a year ago and they also appraised it at 715$ and offered 315$ just trying to rip me off. Maybe i shouldnt have gone in 20 mi utes till close either way i dont recomened business wirh them. They won't stand behind they're stuff

I am a 100 percent service connected disabled veteran who waited 18 years for the VA to finally give me my benefits after 18 years. I went through hell over that with trying to support 2 kids and an ex wife during this time. My kids are now grown and one is in the military now just like his Dad was,I was in during the 1st gulf war.

I would come into this store from time to time to see if they had anyone sell them silver coins and occasional gold(as I can only afford infrequently) and usually buy silver coins here. I am doing this because my health is bad and I want my kids to have something to look forward to when I am not around anymore. There used to be an older gentleman here who would ask to make 10 percent off his coins he took in and would allow me to buy them where I was getting them at a fair price. Now there is a younger guy in there and I went in today and asked as usual about the coins they had. The younger guy came out and showed me a few coins and three were gold and I asked a price and he was charging over 100 dollars over spot price.I told him I can get them cheaper on ebay,looked at the coins and saw they had 2 American Gold Eagles and so I figured I would take 1332 dollars I was going to deposit and buy one thinking maybe they are still giving me a good deal as the older man did. The younger man told me his refiner paid these prices and I looked at him thinking he must think this is my 1st gold purchase because refiners do not pay over spot.

I bought one of the gold ounces and went to the bank and deposited the rest of my funds and prceded to drive the 24 miles one way I drive back home. When I got home I looked up the date of the coin on ebay and he charged me exactly what they are selling for on ebay. Not worth driving the 24 miles in gas over to find out they just looked up the cost on ebay and took all profit out of the purchase. I will stick to my local coin dealer in town where I can buy coins as fair or fairer I was able to do when the older man and I used to do business.
