We've received excellent customer service and appreciate the service man Tony who came out today and was very knowledgeable about our kinetico water softener unit. No regrets on our purchase of this type of water softener.

Over the past several years, I have had good experience with this company. Have the Kinetico system and works as advertised. Continue to buy filters and salt from them, their prices have been fair.
