Last night I stopped in to get chicken Alfredo without chicken ( my daughter is vegetarian) , and was told by two different people that I could not order this dish, then asked to speak with management to no avail.
I called this morning and spoke with the manager, and was told that this isn't on the menu. It is.

Wasn't the best place to have lunch. Waited to be seated while the place was not busy. Staff was not helpful, my food order was not what I ordered, sent my plate back twice.

My husband and I ordered the buffet our little granddaughter wanted the Jr. cheeseburger and fries. It took them over a hour to bring it. Everytime we asked they said it was dropping. We never got any refills. I went back to buffet and there was a hair in the gravy. The manager was at the buffet and I told her about the hair and all she did was pull it out. Will not go back.

My sister ,our parents and myself visited Lawrenceburg TN today. On our way out of town we stopped by Shoneys for lunch. It was really good but one of the enjoyable parts of our meal was our waiter Billy he is awesome! Said he has worked there 22 years. 😉😉😉

The employees are really great and what earned this a two stars

Other than that, the food was horrible. I went with my moms friends who never gets out, and raved about how all she wanted was shoneys food, when we finally got our food, my pasta was somewhat edible, but the rest of the food was horrid. The chicken fried steak was freezer burned to the point of no return and could not be eaten. The soup was like clay, and the salad bar items were turning brown, or mushy. The restaurant could also use a facelift. I noticed several of the tiles are broken, and the restaurant has had the same seating arrangements for many many years. I'm sad to see this restaurant go down hill the way it has.

The staff are, by far, the best part of this location. They treat their customers very well and offer extremely prompt and friendly service.

The food is okay. I generally go for the breakfast buffet. It does feel like there's been a slight decline in quality over the years, but still decent food for the price.

The building - needs a face lift. It's been a few years since it's had an update and feels a little worn. It's clean, don't get me wrong - it just feels like it could use some touching up in places.

The food was tolerable. Not much on flavor or selection. Autumn was a very pleasant while seating us and getting our drink order. Our waitress Reneisha was prompt on refills and clearing plates.Very awesome customer service!! When we asked for a coffee refill, the manager whom looked and acted like a crackhead told our waitress she could not make it stronger like first pot was. This was not acceptable due to we would have drank the pot ourselves and the fact we had a 5 hour drive ahead. When the "manager" was told the coffee was no good, she said basically you bought it you drink it. This place must stay in business due to the young ladies who serve the tables. It's not the manager or her nasty attitude.
