The food is always great. We love the ham and cheese sandwiches their ribs. Make sure to try the fruit tea. It's delicious. The service is always nice and the food is served quickly. Thanks Rick's for being a great place!

Dominique (I believe was her name) took our order. She was so friendly! Then while we were eating Paula came out and asked my son if he would like a booster seat and she even brought him a plate so he could be a big boy. She was an absolute pleasure and definitely brightened up our day! Great food and even better service today! Keep up the good work! :)

Usually they have good food here. This time our order was all wrong, sour cream when we asked to have left off,and we asked for pork bbq and received ham. All of this on carryout order. Then potato tasted like it had been setting all day. This was at 5 in the afternoon when we should have received fresh food. Very disappointing.

BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS:
I used Rick's for catering for our wedding. Food was good. But if your service isn't up to par I don't care how good the food is. I paid in advance to have people come and prepare the food, set up decorations that they had available, and serve our guests. When they showed up they had zero intention of doing anything but drop off my order. My father in law basically had to make them stay. They didn't have tables like I asked, my guests were making their own plates and making a mess, and the representatives just stood there with a deer in the headlights look. Now I'm not ignorant it wasn't completely their fault. The coordinator that I initially worked with had resigned. I called the day I found out she was no longer there and spoke with Brittany. I confirmed with her that she was on the same page as the other representative that left. She said yes. I called and double and triple checked before the wedding. I called Brittany Thursday morning and expressed my concerns and frustration with what happened. The representatives that came out to the wedding were dishonest with her and told her that everything went well, probably to save their skin. While talking with her I was told that I should be happy with the price I was given. I make close to 100k a year before we even talk about my wife's income. I can afford a TON more than what I paid for their services. That I felt was disrespectful. I don't make their pricing. The price that was offered to me obviously I took because it was the most competitive. That's what you do as a consumer. Then I was told she would speak with the owner on a resolution and that she would contact me the same day. That never happened and that was Thursday. Today is Saturday. No response yet. As a sales professional I can't with good conscience recommend them to anyone because I would hate for this to happen to anyone for their special occasion. Being in sales it doesn't matter how good your product is, of your service is not up to par how can you expect to grow and produce as a business?response / report this review -

The first star is for the good tasting bun. And the second star is for their fruit tea, delicious. The BBQ sandwich was cold with BBQ sauce no where to be found, the pork meat was dry and the seasoned fries were barely warm without any seasoning. By the way I went through the drive through. The cashier was nice. I guess I should have gave a star for that. Normally if I had the time I would have turned around and took it back. On another note my sister liked her chicken loaded potatoe. On my next trip there maybe I'll give them a second chance. One thing for sure I will be eating in or make the time to take it back.

Every time I go to the Ricks BBQ in Lawrenceburg Tn, I have issues. This time I went throw the drive thru and ordered. I asked for HONEY mustard on my sandwich but got regular mustard because the girl put mustard on the ticket. Thankfully I check my order from there before I leave the parking lot anymore. It is just ridiculous that I have to do that every time I eat at this place. I am not happy about this. My ex complained about this place the last time we ate there. I gave it another try to see if it was better. Hell no it isnt. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HEAR IF PEOPLE CAN NOT TAKE INSTRUCTIONS ON ORDERS AND PUT WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANT TO.

Last Loaded baked potatoes I got were almost too hard to eat.y Not happy with them for now. I got 3 potatoes that night to go. They were all not good. Not sure if I want to go back.
