Absolutely the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with!! I went in and placed an order. The owner and I drew on the receipt exactly what I wanted the shirts to look like. I paid for the order and put my contact info on the order form. I told the owner I did not have the logo w me but that it would be dropped off later that day. She told me my order would be done the following Wednesday at the very latest. That Wednesday came and I still had not heard from her so I called. I was told by the owner that my order had already been picked up. I told her I didn’t understand how, when I placed and paid for the order and had not been called to tell me it was even done! She called the person who had the order( who is friends w an employee there), and told me that that person would contact me to get the shirts to me!! Seriously!! Yes I know that person but not well enough to even have her phone number. So eventually I get the shirts and they r absolutely NOT what I ordered!! Not even close! The owner let this person make changes to the layout of the order I placed and paid for and let her change the contact info for MY paid for order so that she was contacted instead of me, even though I placed and paid for the order! If I would have been called like I was supposed to be when my order was done I would not have accepted these shirts! So when I finally get the shirts and go back to the store. She refuses to make new shirts, says she’s not dealing w this. I asked why she would let someone make changes to my order without my consent, and she says it was overlooked! Gave me my $ and these horrible looking shirts that I didn’t order and told me she was done! I’m absolutely blown away by the completely unprofessional way this business is run! Yeah they r cheaper then most places but that’s because u don’t get what u order, and apparently other people can change ur order and pick it up without ur approval. Smh I’ll never go there again, and now our team is stuck w shirts nobody likes because we don’t have time to go somewhere else to get new ones before our next game!!!!

The ladies there are incredible! They take the time to design exactly what you want and can even come up with cute ideas all on their own to help you make the perfect shirt. This store will never disappoint. (Customer who has had about 15 custom shirts done) ❤

I went in there today because I was told how awesome they were at putting names on shirtsthe lady who was helping me was AWFUL she was rude as crap & refused to do my shirts because I had 8 letters in my last namethe other lady working was trying to help but she wasn't having it so I will take my business else where & not recommend anyone to you

WOW, blown away by the service and quality of the work here. Just purchased t-shirts for a basketball tournament I am hosting and Shirts 'n Stuff hit it out of the park! I will be a customer for life.
