  I had my car shipped. Amazing communication with them through the whole process, very professional and pleasant to deal with. The driver was great too! He called me the day before with a drop-off time for when my car would arrive the following day and he was on time. My car was very clean also when came off the truck. Would highly recommend them and use them again! Best service ever!

  This company was recommended to me by a friend. Although my car has not been shipped yet I am basing this on the preparation for shipping. I have never shipped a car this way, so I had many questions to ask. All the staff were very patient and answered my questions and concerns in a professional yet friendly manner. This gave me particularly good feelings about them and I expect the delivery of my car will complete this so far painless transaction. Thanks again!

  I have never before written a negative review but felt compelled to in this case. I had to have my vehicle shipped from New York to Florida. My initial experience with the rep from Ship A Car was wonderful. We spoke many times, I received a reasonable quote which was agreed upon and I was very satisfieduntil the week that my car was scheduled to ship. I heard nothing from the company; the date came and went and heard nothing until I finally reached out to the rep who told me that the cost was now an additional $400 and that the carrier would be at my home in an hour. Prior to any agreement I had initially made, I did ask if the agreed upon price was indeed the final price and I was assured it was. I specifically asked this as I was warned by other companies that this is common practice amongst some shipping companies. WellI was not told the truth. They knew that I needed my car in Florida by a certain date and at this point I had no other choice. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to make other arrangements; therefore I had no alternative but to pay the increase. Needless to say, I would never use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone. A very unsatisfied customer.

  I was trying to find a reliable company to deliver my car from where I live in Key West, FL to Miami Gardens. I had a very positive and professional experience by Bob Moran. He was extremely responsive by text and phone calls. He managed to find a driver who was willing to deliver it at the time and location signing 24 hours notice. He also contacted drivers to do it at the best possible price. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it. I’ll be sure to use this company and Bob specifically in future car deliveries. 5 stars all around!!

  I was leery of booking an auto transport company for my son's car from upstate NY to LA California after reading many online reviews of experiences that numerous people had with 3rd rate transport companies. Ship A Car was listed as one of the best and I am SO THANKFUL that I went with them!~ Jonathan Maldonado was wonderful. He kept me in loop throughout the entire process. There were no hidden fee's and he was very honest and professional throughout the process. The local carrier was very accommodating and the process at the other end (California) was easy and smooth.
