The office personnel are super nice. However, the level of work performed was awful. I had a headliner and 2 visors recovered. Started with not all work being done saying we didn't request it and what was done, a 5 yr old could have done a better job. 3rd trip in to fix, car was supposed to be left as I was to pick up after hours. Car was not there, office was closed. Didn't know if the car had been stolen or what, no phone call. 7 returns later, the work was finally satisfactory (Not Good, just acceptable.). No refund or even partial refund was ever offered. I will never take another vehicle there again.

If I could give I am 1 million stars it wouldn't be enough. I am a terminally ill 53-year-old guy who bought an old RV to check that adventure off my bucket list. after driving 5000 miles, with no incidents , I ended up hitting a stump or something. and twisted my bumper all up. I called them early in the morning and the office staff Heather & Randy, immediately put me in touch with Tres, Jose and Jacob. They fixed my bumper in a flash. They cared about my problem and were genuine. They charged me a small fee that was extremely reasonable. I can't thank them all enough.
