  I've lived in 2 different states & have yet to find the selection & service that is The Shepherd's Bush! I do long distance ordering because I know Tina & Terry will ensure that the products I need are the items they ship.

  My wife loves this place, a great go-to for cross stitch. I would only recommend that they be careful to make everyone feel welcome.

  I came to patronize your store today (01/17/15). Much to my annoyance, your shop had a small handwritten note taped to the door that you had closed at 4:30 p.m.; I arrived at 4:35. I had left work early and came from some distance to shop, knowing exactly what I needed and knowing it would only take me 15 minutes or less to complete my shopping. I had looked up on your website your shop hours. If you had at least put something on your website that you were closing early, I would not have wasted my time or would have tried to leave work even earlier.
  
  This is an example of customer service at its worst. I hope this is not a common occurrence.

  My new Favorite Store - Cross-stitching is such a wonderful craft to learn. Shepherd's bush is reasonably priced - had all kinds of materials and embellishments and threads. They ordered a pattern in for me and got it super fast. They are knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! I love this place!
