The BIGGEST Rip-Off Shop I have EVER been to. The Old Lady owner is RUDE and only looking for $$$ since her husband died. Gave me a laundry list on repairs needed to my vehicle, when I said I was going to wait, she treated me like a now good dead beat for allowing my family in the "death trap" I was driving. 2 days later visited a different shop and all is well for less than 20% of what my bill was at "LO-TEK". Many things they told me needed done had ALREADY been done prior to me purchasing the vehicle 3 months earlierjust so happens by the shop I took it to for the second opinion. NEVER GO TO "LO-TEK" CAN'T BE TRUSTED. WORST mechanical experiance in 48 years!!!

I regularly go to Hy-Tek for auto service. I just had new tires put on in their auto center and they did a great job for a good price. If you're in Norwalk and you need service, this is the place to go.
