Very good community overall but the street lighting is awful. Many sections are often off completely but even if they were all on, there are very few lights, significantly spaced apart and the light design barely illuminates the sidewalks and golf cart lanes. This should be essential because of the "active lifestyle" that the community promotes. Other smaller complaints are that the trails are very primitive (to the point of being unusable) and not continuous. The gym closes at 10pm, not 11pm like how the website says. The lazy river and the slide is closed most of the year, which I guess makes sense, but is something that you learn afterwards. I don't mind most of the things I listed but the lighting is a MAJOR downside for me. I hope this is something that is addressed in the future.

Beautiful complex with amazing amenities. The hiking trail and dog park are a dream come true. The gym has some good equipment for training but no squat rack or Olympic lifting areas however there is a smith machine.
There is also a lazy river, leisure pool with water slide and a lap pool. If you are looking for Resort style living this is it.response / report this review -

Potential to be a beautiful community. Great residents and amenities. However management company is absolutely terrible. We have gone over 6 weeks with no mowing on a regular basis. Dead grass and weeds every where and they refuse to hold landscape company accountable and absolutely nothing gets done. Really a shame when it could be so beautiful otherwise. Hopefully this will change.

Amaizing comunity. Friendly neighbors, activity life stile, natural atmosphere. School is near and maintenance are perfect! Tennis court the best!
