Extremely poor costomer service, unorganized with billing, rude, and a huge rip off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can't wait to be done with Shannon motors. (The mechanics were always very nice though).

John and Bill were amazing in assisting myself and my boyfriend in finding the perfect car to excel his career and get him all around New England. I highly suggest you go through them! No regrets.

In the 5 months that I have had my car from Shannon's I've had to replace my battery, a wheel bearing, front brakes & rotors, my power steering pump, serpentine belt, and my alternator!!
Needless to say they do not do a thorough inspection of their vehicles and just want to get you in a car regardless of how soon it is going to fall apart.response / report this review -

An amazing car buying experience! I purposely waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if the follow through was as great as the car buying experience. I can tell you it is! I searched for a minivan for months and test drove many. While my husband and I were test driving a minivan one day, I spotted a beauty in the Shannon Motors car lot. My husband pulled over and I quickly ran into Shannon Motors to ask about the vehicle. The year and price were pulled up in seconds and I told them we would be back for a test drive. We returned the other vehicle and walked into Shannon Motors minutes later. The keys were already waiting for us on our return. The van was in such great shape upon inspecting it! It had all of the bells and whistles and we were not expecting that for the price. It looked and drove like it was brand new and because the price was shockingly low, we thought there had to be something wrong with it. We were told that all vehicles bought at Shannon Motors leave the lot with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. Could this get any better? We ran to the bank and the buying process was so smooth that within an hour I was beaming as I drove away with my new minivan! The following week my registration and plates were ready for pickup and I am still enjoying this wonderful van. I get compliments almost every day and still can't believe it's mine. An amazing car buying experience from A to Z. I couldn't be more pleased with Shannon Motors!

Just purchased a Lexus SUV and love it! Excellent service and the pricing is reasonable. John is not a sales rep, but helped us and was fantastic. Really appreciate a stress free experience since the last time we looked for an SUV at another dealership it was not at all that way.

It was easy and seamless buying a car from Shannon Motors. It was an added plus with the professionalism I received from Eddie it made the experience all the more pleasurable and he knows celebrities too to top it off. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Paul Reis at Shannon Motors is the best! Last year, I walked in young, with absolutely no credit. I had began to lose all hope on ever being qualified for a car. He patiently worked with me, going through all options in great detail, until we found something that was best fit for my life & more importantly, my budget. He also offered great advice to help me build my credit. Today, I am being upgraded to a beautiful Lexus With that being said- call Paul Reis at Shannon Motors to get the best service!!

This place is awesome! I was referred here by two friends that had two different amazing experiences! They both refered me to Ed the tall Guatemalan that judges pageant shows. He's amazing! He helped us so much, if your someone looking for a car low credit/no credit, and have a really low amount of money to put down, Ed is your guy! He helps with the car, insurance, and registration, he makes it all fit in your budget. I have no complaints about this place. Best of all, it all was done so quick and easy within just a couple hours we were in and out.

John from Shannon Motors was extremely helpful. He made my lack of credit work and ended up getting me into a 2009 Ford Focus. I really appreciate everything that they did for me, the car came at the best time!!! Will be going back, and recommend everyone to Shannon motors!!!!

This place is great. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson Paul Reis was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with my income and credit history. They truly do take great care of their customers and always have your best interest at heart. Will definitely recommend Shannon motors and my boy Paul as the best salesperson!
