I have not purchased anything in this store, so the review is for a sewing machine repair. I brought my machine in to have a tune-up and adjustment and when I picked it up, they said they used 2 full bottles of cleaning solution. Can believe that it used that much. Also, when I tried to use it, the tensions were messed up and I ended up adjusting it to get it to work properly. I used the piece of fabric that supposedly was used on my machine from the store. It also makes a clicking noise when it is stitching, which wasn't there when I dropped it off. Next time, I will do my own tune-up.

Roxanne is the best! I took a dress in to have a couple of decorative pins on the shoulders taken off. She had it ready for me the next morning and did not charge me because "it had only taken her a few minutes". I tried to pay her something, but she said no, just spread the word about her shop. What a great way to run your business! I encourage everyone to stop in to see Roxanne!

This is a wonderful store with a great selection of fabrics, notions, books, etc. I took a class there that was fun. Everyone was very welcoming. Also had a zipper fixed. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable.

Roxanne is AMAZING! She altered the top portion and hemmed the bottom of my wedding dress with efficiency AND accuracy. She let me try it on multiple times to make sure it was just right and had such a caring and quick manner. I'll go to her with any alterations and HIGHLY recommend her for wedding dress alterations! Quick turnarounds and GREAT pricing!

Love this locally owned fabric store! Roxanne has stocked the store full of everything you will need to start your next project. It's a true gem in Chino Valley, AZ
