  The hallmark of a good company is how they stand behind their work. Scheduling was easy, and everyone on the team incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. I had Amp out to replace and move the electric panel in my century home, there was poor communication on the part of the city inspector, and we ultimately had a code violation with the final work that was not disclosed until after the inspector had been on site, provisionally approved the job, and left. The office and owner both contacted me promptly when we received the notice the following day, and Amp got me on schedule quickly to redo the work at no cost to me. It was a full day of work for their team, and the guys were great. Pricing was very competitive, and I will definitely use them again if needed; while there was an error with the initial work, they acknowledged it and worked to correct it immediately, rather than try to hide it or charge me or add-ons, and the honesty was appreciated.

  The Ottawa County CAA works with Amp Electric on our weatherization and Emergency Home Repair jobs. They are easy to work with and are also flexible to the needs of our programs.

  I work with Amp Electric through the Weatherization Program in Ottawa County. They are VERY easy to work with! They provide clear, concise quotes, and complete the work in a timely manner. They are also very flexible for the needs of our program! I would highly recommend Amp!

  Scheduling the inspection and installation was fast, easy and efficient, just a quick phone call. The process was clearly explained to me in advance. Joe and Katie were very respectful, professional, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I have high standards in regards to manual labor and customer service. Honestly, I must confess they did a very good job. Matt and James arrived on time, performed the tasks to be done, demonstrated proper functioning to me and left the working areas clean. When you make an investment of this type (E.V.), you want to make sure your vehicle is protected against malfunctions. I do not trust Tesla products with such specifications to anybody, this is why I have chosen Amp Electric West Michigan. I am very satisfied with the service provided, pricing and overall experience. I do recommend them to other customers in the Western Michigan Region. Thanks Amp Electric West Michigan
