I have recently visited “Setra New York” on the recommendation of a friend. I had the most pleasant experience from the salesmen attentiveness to their complete professionalism.
The customer service was excellent and after being to a dozen other jewelers who just wanted to up-sell me, the minute i walked in i knew this was the right fit. The owner spent many days going over different options for my custom made ring, and couldn't have been more patient. Every other place just felt cheap in comparison. You can see where their great reputation has come from. Will definitely buy more in the future.

Stellar service, quality diamonds, and pricing. A professional jewelry experience !

I was very nervous engagement ring shopping, even apprehensive in the overwhelmingly busy New York jewelry district. After a great phone conversation with Mark, I felt very comfortable arranging an appointment. Throughout the appointment, I felt comfortable-no pressure sales, and oddly enough? An amazing in house espresso. I made a great choice and my finances beautiful engagement ring includes a lifetime warranty, certificate, and complimentary routine jewelry maintenance.

Found this company's website but wanted the in-person experience so I went to their showroom in the city. Loved the customer service. They offered financing and a free lifetime warranty, which I'm sure will come in handy! Ended up buying a beautiful engagement ring with a 2 ct center stone (came with a certificate of authenticity and diamond specs) for a fraction of the price I found at other, more popular, retailers. Btw they also offer a ring box with a tiny camera, which will start recording the proposal when you open the box!!!!
