$600 for a tire change, no discount when told the balancer is out of order, no complimentary coffee in the repair lobby, and the bathroom is out of order. What a way to treat your customers.

If I could put zero stars, I would. First of all, this place is absolutely disgusting. It’s 10am and the garbages are overflowing, their drinks are over flowing and all over, and the tables are filthy. We ordered food from Popeyes and they were so concerned with their ticket time they bumped our order, so we spent 20mins waiting for nothing. And Serena from Tim Hortons was EXTREMELY rude when I simply asked for extra sugar for my iced coffee.

I felt like I better apologize to the “genius” millennial girl working the register today late afternoon. I’m so sorry I actually was a paying customer and you had to put down your phone. I’m so sorry I took away from your time of posting videos of yourself. I’m so grateful that your insanely poor attitude was reflected when you didn’t even ring up half of my stuff and just let me walk out with it. Really solid employees. Make sure to go on Fridays around 3 and wait for the millennial girl. She is a special piece of work……..

Omg the mechanic here was a pre Madonna. He walks around with a chip on his shoulder. I told this guy that I had a mobile mechanic adjust my brakes so that I could get 2 miles down the street and he told the young lady at the front desk that I was a problem and he didn’t want to fix my trailer. Mind you I told him my trailer brakes was locking up he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t etc… it is so much to write but long story short if you can stay away unless you have to. They must be having a hard time keeping mechanics because he don’t care if he makes money or not he makes it personal. The rest of the staff was nice

Was here 04/7/from on a slow day the Cashier on duty has the best Customer service and interaction I have never had before in various places I visit.!! I tried to see if a manager was within to just let them know but lady I spoke to said she wasn't the manager.
Guy from the Repair shop found me asking for shower and he thought I was was soliciting or some kind of stuff said something and I got a shower right away from a fellow driver.
There's need to know we out here Truckers mostly live like brothers and you never know why one would ask for a shower.i also have been asked for showers many times
Sounds minor but we serve this country as brothers.
Overall Nice place I always come back.
