Carlos Aguilar’s team was amazing. On New Year’s eve our home got flooded with sewage and his team got there so quickly. He understood that the experience of having your home flooded is traumatic and he comforted my dad and myself and told us “we are getting through this together.” I would recommend them to anyone any day. He and his team work so quickly and efficiently, and they even wash your dishes. They made a tough day easier. He and his team are professional, efficient, and supportive. I would trust him with any future needs, and would not think twice. Thank you Carlos you and your team were truly a blessing at the worst time of the year.

A water pipe froze in a unit above ours, and burst from the arctic weather. When temperatures rose on Christmas Day, the water melted and sent a torrent down to our living room. We arrived home a few hours later to a waterfall, collapsed ceiling, soaked walls and floor, waterlogged insulation, and wet carpet in a lower level TV room. Leo Valladares was the Team Lead for the remediation phase, removing all the damaged furniture, affected ceiling, walls, flooring and carpets. He installed fans and dehumidifiers, and was not satisfied until the area showed absolutely no signs of remaining moisture, and ready for the reconstruction phase. Leo made us feel like the remediation of our unit was his most important job, as is surely true for all the customers he works with. He was always gracious, polite, and professional. We can’t say enough about how pleased we have been working with Leo and his crew.

Carlos Aguilar and his crew worked quickly and explained everything very well. The crew was friendly, professional, and punctual. They removed all flooring and walls saturated from a neighbors busted pipe and took care of other affected condos.
