  The staff was courteous, friendly and did an excellent job on my niece and dolls hair. The staff making her happy makes me happy.

  I actually would give this location 0 stars, I stood in front waiting for a half hour to pay for a birthday party for my daughter and her friends, which my daughter wanted so badly, employees walking around glanced at me on several instances, never acknowledging nor stating that anyone would be with me shortly. I drove an hour in the pouring rain to get this location, to be completely ignored!!!! I would not recommend this location at all to anyone!!! Very disappointed!!!

  My grandchild loved it. She was so excited and the birthday girl cousin did too. My grandchild definitely recommendeds Seriously Spoiled and wants to have her birthday there too!!!

  According to my 9 year old daughter, the parties here are the absolute best!!! She attended parties here and there was no where else she would have hers. Ever! Wonderful employees, pink lemonade, karaoke (that I had to start to break the ice) & the hair styles! She loves the "Bow" style. Everyone has a blast at their parties. Worth the money!
