I would never go back to this shop after two weeks of having my twist in I Had to take them out because they were so loose 2-3 inches of my hair was showing. There was one girl inThere that did about 3 heads and she was OK but never again def a waste of my time and money.

Made appointment a week in advance, arrived 15 minutes early, (no greeting to be had) but Shana was nowhere to be found. Was told to have a seat. Being that I'm 8 months pregnant, went to the bathroom, upon returning, overheard other beauty technicians saying that Shana actually was not there. Instead of telling me directly, they chose to look the other way - literally - no eye contact. There was a loud "Is somebody missing? Shana? Is she missing?" but no one even addressed me directly. Unprofessional would be a compliment - in fact it would be an insult to unprofessional people to use the same term!
They have no manners, consideration for people's time, comfort, or feelings, or even the basic tenets of doing business! I will not return here in this life or, if reincarnated as a being with hair, any other lifetime.

Connie really hooked my babygirls hair up..she is.3 and very tender headed but Connie.was very gentle with her and.my daughter had a great first experience in a salon. She did a beautiful braided mohawk with a twist and added beads. The orice was very fair. She was very niceas well.I wilk definitely be going back here!!!

Worst experience I've ever had. The story is so long I don't know if I have the energy to re-live it but here it goes.
I called to make an appointment and spoke with a very polite and very professional lady that was able to schedule me in on the same day.
I showed up to the salon 5 minutes early and was greated by an open door and an empty salon. I honestly thought my stylist was in the back and would appear shortly so I sat in the waiting chair.
2 minutes goes by a young gentleman walks in and out several times, I assumed he worked there because he looked very comfortable in his environment. It's only when he asked me if I knew when someone was going to return and if I can pass along a message when they do, did I realize he was a customer like me.
Now 20 minutes later, another young man walks out of a back room, although he looked lathargic and a bit confused I asked him if he worked there. He said yes and asked me if I had an appointment. He turned out to be very helpful. Kudo's to him. This is where it all goes south.
3 hours after my appointment time, another stylist agreed to do my hair. Apparently begruddingly, she complained about the type of hair I purchased, she complained about the heat in the salon, she complained and complained and complained and in between the complainig she burped and burped and burped.response / report this review -
