3x each week at 65 Penn Ave I have dialysis, on more than one occasion each week I am greeted by a sarafini medical transport van blocking the handicapped access ramp, even though these van are equipped with hydraulic wheelchair lifts that can easily be lowered onto a sidewalk their driver elect to block others with disabilities from ease of access to or from the building. I have complained to the drivers about only to be either ignored or rudely remarked to. I have contacted the company again only to be ignored. Here we are 4 months later after my initial post with a serafini med transport van blocking the entrance while the driver is upstairs sitting in the hemo dialysis centrr

They don't even deserve one star they picked my son up for months and just yesterday call me on the phone complaining that he has such bad behaviors and he can no longer ride the bus they get out of school in another month if it was that bad for that many months why not say nothing until yesterday???? The driver called me and flat out lie they were using harnesses on my son on the bus they were taking upon themselves without my permission using their own methods of how to deal with my sons behavior on the bus and it's nobody's job to parent my child but me so therefore they get a terrible rating from me!!!!! Parent you're better off taking your kids to school on your own 💯🎯

Pathetic company their drivers think they own school parking lots you obviously hire ignorant people with zero respect you will never transport my kids to or from school don't understand why tioga county doesn't hire a real company but people have to settle for your ignorant drivers

I’ve had nothing but issues with this company, complaints don’t do much as my kids still are not being put in properly, straps are lose and now I get nothing but attitude from the driver and monitor on the bus because I care about my children’s safety. If you don’t need to use them don’t.

They are the most unprofessional company that handle children. The van was almost an hour late on a Wednesday and today, Friday, was an HOUR and a half late! My son missed his breakfast and a good chunk to his morning routine. When I called the office to ask where the van was, Cheryl I believe her name was, was very rude and direct. She had lied about the time he was supposed to be there, it was an EXTRA 30 minutes! This place is a poor excuse of a business.
