we have opened an account for past 8 months and SALES REP GEORGE never ever bothered to call us or even come to help us set up reordering system(Labels), cell phone apps or anything else, every time you call Resnick they will say your sales Rep will come to store and fix the reordering labels for you and he never comes. Really tired and about to close the account.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with in the industry by far. Never returned calls or emails and never even gave us an update on our products. Actually tried to rip is off. The Buyer there went completely MIA on us. I then called and left numerous messages with the company's upper management , but guess what? Never heard back! It's actually kinda comical, lol. How can they expect to make it in today's World with no respect for other people? Crazy.

I would have given zero star, if it were possible. In a nutshell, this place is a filthy, rancid, ramshackle. I'm befuddled as to why it hasn't been shut down. Without any modicum of doubt, it is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever seen. Incompetent and rapacious management, outdated equipment and depleted personnel. They are constantly hiring, only because nobody wants to stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bedlam like the plague !!!

I having been trying to establish an account with this company for two months now. I sent the required documents in and all I get is the run around each time I call. I have left several voice messages with Johnathan Resnick the owner and still can not seem to get an account.

I provided the email with my cell number like it says on the website page. I received a call and was told to meet someone there at 11 a.m. I went the next today, like arranged over the phone call, and was not even attended to. I left 6 missed calls and 1 voicemail to the person I was supposed to contact in the waiting lobby and was never responded to. I can see why other people stated that this facility has very poor management. Overall, try it out but don't hope for anything.
