The first time I came here they seemed like really good people and really took care of me and my car. That was a year ago. Today I'm here and they seem to have lost there friendly vibe. They may be losing me as a customer.

Unimpressed with their return policy. I purchased two books of music for my son and inquired at check out whether they could be returned if he didn't like them. The clerk said they could within 14 days. Less than a week later I brought them back and was told the store will not accept returns of music of any kind. They refused to honor what their clerk had told me and did not even attempt to offer store credit. So, I now have two unwanted music books that would have been much cheaper to purchase on Amazon and this local business has lost a customer. It's disappointing.

Although I've been in town about a year now I'm still finding businesses that help me with my hobbies, business needs, etc. Separk music company is one of those small businesses that make you feel right at home and help answer your questions, making you want to come back because they're just very kind and helpful.

Acoustic instruments and supplies only. Overcharged for guitar strings but got my money back. They were nice about it. Definitely a buy!

I am currently an upright bass and drum kit student with Separk Music. I find both of my teachers to be professional but not stiff, and competent but versatile. As a punk musician looking to branch out, my teachers are incredibly non-judgmental, thorough, and adaptable. As a result, I give them five stars because seven aren't available.
