Fleas. But the owner moved us to a much better room. I guess it's OK for the price. Friendly and courteous staff.

BED BUGS!! We checked in and were bringing our things in when my daughter noticed a small bug, which I dismissed as nothing. We turned down the bed & were spraying the bed with Lysol when my daughter noticed another bug. Upon closer inspection I determined it's a bedbug. I called the front desk. This must be a known issue, because the attendant offered to move us, but there was no way we were staying there so he gave us a refund. I didn't make a huge deal of it with himit wasn't his fault & he was VERY apologetic. Will never try to stay here or recommend this place to anyone!

Great affordable accommodations in Sebring. About 12mins from the track, I've found the place to be clean both occasions I've stayed there. It takes about an hour for the rooms to cool down. No breakfast. There's a pool but never used it. The custodian isn't very social, but he is responsive. it's cheap and they've always had vacancy so I keep going back.

Rooms are clean and have a fridge and microwave in the room. Decent rate for the room and its close to downtown and shopping. Quiet and the air conditioner will freeze your ass out ! lol.

Just checked in! Upfront no-nonsense prices. Started at the Budget Inn and had terrible rude service, with extra fees added on than online prices. I came here and the staff are awesome! Cleaner than almost any other hotel/inn I've been to for this price. They have what you need and are surprisingly clean for what they are. They pride themselves on having cleaner rooms than most places.
If you're a smoker, don't be a dick and smoke in the rooms. Smoke outside. You give us other smokers a bad rap. Be respectful of other people and this place will treat you right. Nothing fancy, super clean bathrooms. The remotes are even wiped down and clean. Yall know how rare that is to find.
Bring a surge protector! I only had 1 cluttered outlet in my room.response / report this review -
