so i ordered breakfast at 11:30am. at 1pm they still have not arrived. I call and relay this to them and am told it's on the way. an hour and a half later the breakfast shows up and i wish i had a camera to post the pic. it's hilarious. i ordered the hash and eggs and there is almost no hash at all. the tiny bit that i got is covered with cold home fries. i asked a co-worker to look at it to make sure it wasnt just me and he laughed and said where's the hash? when i pointed it out to him he said "wow you got robbed" what happened to good customer service and getting what you paid for?

Got two Tuscan Chicken sandwiches brought them back to office - we agreed they where great - HOWEVER we all agreed that they where to dry - BUT - they where good enough for a third person to call and order one - he told them we just got two they are great but too dry so do what you need to make this one not dry. Here the problem they said no problem we'll just add a little more vinaigrette to the sandwich that will cost you a additional 50 cents - you need the 50 cents that bad??YOU MAKE make the thing to dry then CHARGE the CUSTOMER more $ to fix it?? although over all pleased - the principal to petty charge us to fix their own problem is wrong will probably deter us from returning returning

Food is good and the menu has many options but the portions are very SMALL. For the $8/$9 they charge for a sandwich, i could have got a much thicker sandwich at One Rye Deli or good sized sandwich with chips and pickle at The Brown bag Deli for $6.50

I ordered this at 12:25pm today and received it at 2:05, which is ridiculous. I ordered raspberry iced tea and got iced GREEN tea. I ordered buttermilk dressing and got vinaigrette. The vinaigrette spilled all over the English muffin so it was not edible. The eggs, bacon and homefries were stone cold, obviously after an hour and a half. This was 100% inedible and I had to order elsewhere
