Love this salon! The owner Tammie Wright who happens to be my hairdresser is extremely talented as are the many stylists she has in the salon. Always leave feeling and looking WAY better than I went in! Thanks Scruples!! Keep those magical hands healthy!!

This place doesn't even deserve ONE star. I received a gift certificate for some "pampering" for my birthday from my husband and kids. This was back in November. Since that point, I have been unable to actually use what my husband paid for. They do not answer the phone or return calls, and when you go in they won't make you an appointment but instead give you a list of cell phone numbers to call for services. Strange. But I tried that route and my one appointment I was finally able to make got cancelled back in February. I go to get a refund so I can actually have my day of pampering somewhere more deserving of my business, and yesterday the lady wanted to keep my gift certificate and refund the money today.. Fishy much? Then copped a major attitude, in front of her one and only customer, when my husband didn't think that was a good idea. THEN today, went back in to get the refund, as she told us to come back tomorrow, and she then says she "thought about it and decided not to do a refund". She said I can just buy 100.00 worth of product! BAD BUSINESS, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
