To add convenience to your shopping and purchasing process, you can engage in a live chat with a member of our sales team through our website, or you can submit your questions and contact information, and a member of our team will contact you.

Our Financing and Insurance team can assist you with securing financing for your purchase, making the financing process as convenient for you as possible. To give you peace of mind about your purchase, we offer extended warranties and service contracts.

Service Department
Our service department offers convenience, quality service, and peace of mind. Schwan Buick GMC Cadillac employs Certified Master Technicians to take care of the repairs or maintenance needs of your vehicle. You can schedule a service appointment by stopping by, calling our dealership, or submitting an appointment request through our website. For your convenience, we have a 24-hour drop box if you need to drop off your vehicle outside of our business hours. We offer a complimentary shuttle service to our customers, and loaner vehicles are available upon request. Our Quick Lube Center offers oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic services without the need for an appointment.

Parts and Accessories Department
Schwan Buick GMC Cadillac’s parts department provides parts for all GM makes, from oil filters to body panels. We also offer quality GM accessories so you can add your own personal style to your vehicle. Parts can be requested in person, by phone, or through an online form, whatever is most convenient for you.

Paint and Collision Center
Our fully-equipped paint and collision center provides professional paint and collision repairs on all makes and models. Our technicians are factory trained and very skilled. Our PPG waterborne paint is better for the environment than many other types of paint, and it allows us to match your vehicle’s color perfectly. Our Paint and Collision Center also offers windshield replacement, window chip repair, and paintless dent repair. We work with all insurance companies, and all repairs have a lifetime warranty. While your vehicle is being repaired, you can utilize our free shuttle service or a loaner vehicle if available.
