Always get professional service and answers here. Brian Schupbach has hired the best employees for each section of his store. If they don't have it in stock they'll get it for you.And the prices are very reasonable to big box stores too.

Went there to purchase a pistol today and sat in front on the counter while their sales agent and a older fella was talking. They were sharing old war stories, their favorites guns, and experiences. All the while I was patiently waiting for service. While 10-15minutes go by sharing stories while I stare at them with my hands on my head waiting to buy a gun. Never looked around, made it completly obvious I was waiting for them to finish up and they kept talking away before I just had to leave. Not only before I called and was on hold twice for 15min to see if my gun was in stock, first Lady completely forgot about me before another gentleman answered like I just have called. I'll take my business elsewhere, as should you.

I've been going to Schupbach's for a long time now. I am sad to say that they have maybe about 2 workers that have any type of social skill at all. The majority of them will act like you are wasting their time by trying to ask for help with something. Their bow department is good, but the knowledge on guns is very low so be sure to do at home research before looking at a product. If you don't mind driving, and are purchasing a gun; I would recommend going to Johnson's Sporting Goods.

Went in to buy a new compound bow. I told the guy my price range was around $500 and was hoping he could help me find the best bow possible with my budget. All he did was condescendingly tell me he shoots a Matthews and doesn't know much about low end bows. If I could afford a Matthews I wouldn't need help selecting the best bow for the price dick.

There was an issue with a brand new gun that I bought from these people. When I came back in, I was completely taken care of, they seemed far more concerned with keeping me as a customer than with saving a few bucks. As a small business owner who produces high quality products, Schupbachs is doing the kind of business I want to see in my community. My experience could have been completely different from a big box store or from a seller online. For me it paid off to go to the small local shop, and pay a few extra bucks so there are more jobs in my community, and that if there is a problem with my firearm, I am not stuck waiting weeks or months for the manufacturer to fix it and ship it back to me. Thank you guys and gals for doing what you do.

I have read most of the reviews on here and there was some negative ones so I had my reservations on going here but I couldn't be happier..I took my bow to them to get a new arrow rest installed and tuned and the guy that helped me was awesome..I've shot archery for almost 20 years but I still asked alot of questions and everyone there answered them accordingly..I never felt talked down to or like I was stupid. They have a great store with an amazing selection of accessories I look for at other shops but never see. Thank you Schupbachs my bow is shooting great and thank you for the pleasant experience. Without a doubt I will be shopping there again.

Brian and his staff are second to none. I have purchased a couple of bows, guns and accessories and have been very happy with all purchases. Very helpful with bow purchases and will spend time with you to help you shoot correctly. Can not speak highly enough about them!!

I bought my Bowtech from them 12 years ago. Last week I took my wife and daughters in to buy their Bear bows. Same great service. They fit the bow to the person, not the person to the bow. They teach you to buy what feels right, not necessarily the most expensive product they carry. You don't just buy a bow from them, you go for the experience. My kids will never forget how Don fitted and taught them how to shoot spending 3 hours with them. If you want a lasting memory of the special day go to Schupbach's, if you just want the cheapest product go somewhere else.

I was looking for a new M&P Shield and went to 3 other gun shops.
I wanted to trade my full-sized Walther for a compact carry gun.
My last stop was Schupbacks and to be honest I wasn't expecting them to beat the best deal I got elsewhere.
They did, by a $100.00.
Service was good.

I met Joe Burden back in March 2014 when my wife Kim and I took his CPL class. Since that day, Joe has not only become my "go to guy" for gun and gun accessory advice but a good friend. I would Not buy a gun or gun accessory with out discussing it with him first. His knowledge and professionalism is unparalleled. We also took Joe's Basic Pistol class last year and learned a ton of information. Whether you're a seasoned gun owner or a "newby" , I highly recommend taking one of Joe's classes. You won't be sorry!! Stop by Schupbach's anytime and ask for Joe Burden, it's truly a life changing experience!!

Excellent costumer service! Was in there on 1/24/17. Was looking for a new bow didn't know what I wanted, so they took the time to set up a lot of bows for me to shoot to see which one I liked best. After deciding which one fit the best, Bryan set everything, paper tuned and helped me sight it in before I left. Grate atmosphere and good guys definitely be back. P.s. Love the Matthews halon 5:)

I cannot say enough good about this store or the training provided by Joe Burden through them. The employees here are willing to answer any questions to the best of their ability, without making you feel inferior to them. They have a wide selection of firearms and NFA items and help you through every step of the process. The training is above and beyond the expectations I had for it. Joe is patient and understanding with every shooter no matter the skill level. I have personally taken his CPL, basic pistol, basic carbine, and handgun one classes and have been very impressed with all of them. Thank you for a great place to call my local gun store
