Coming from Denver, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the local specialty contract supply for wood flooring in the inland northwest. I’m absolutely impressed with the fantastic service and inventory here at Rustic. Some of the best milling I could hope for and a well stocked supply of top brand finishes and sundries and an experience that is actually far better than anything I’m familiar with coming here from “the big city.”

I have known Chet for more than 20 years and I have always enjoyed working with him. He always takes care of us flooring contractors and that is why I purchase all my flooring products from him. I like supporting local small businesses like myself. They know me well because I'm always trying to get some sort of a freebee from them and like to joke around with them. Chet is a great guy. Easy to work with and has great pricing. Any flooring contractor near his area should have no problem working with him.

Chet was wonderful. He got us the best hardwood flooring by special order and advised us on the best way to go about installing it correctly. Then when we were 30sf short, he was able to get matching stock to us right away so our floor was done without any delays. We highly recommend this company!
