If I could give a negative star, I would. I made a reservation for 9 on 12/7 for the evening on 12/13. Not only did this restaurant confirm my reservation twice, they decided to call me the day before my event to cancel due to a private event being held that same day. I would never recommend this restaurant. Luckily for me, other area restaurants took my party.

OK loungy restaurant with pretty good, albeit overpriced food. Good atmosphere for live bands in the downstairs lounge. If you want to eat, bring your big boy wallet.

I haven't eaten here, as I ate prior to my arrival. However, the service is incredible. They go out of their way to make certain you are satisfied.

I rarely leave reviews but had such an amazing dining experience at Savoy that a review is more than well deserved. I made same-day reservations for my mother's birthday and the staff was beyond attentive to us. Gave us a great seat and even had the jazz band play happy birthday while they organized to bring out cake at the same time. Drinks were amazing, food was absolutely incredible, and service and atmosphere was 10/10. I will definitely be returning and am already recommending it to everyone I talk to!

I love this place the atmosphere is great. The food is magnificent. The servers make you want to join them every Sunday. I'll definitely be back. Love the changes Savoy keep up the good work.

Savoy was absolutely amazing!!! It is a Pittsburgh gem! I have visited the city often and a friend told me to come here. I had the filet and a side of the asparagus. It was absolute the best 2 dishes I have ever had in my life. The staff was extremely courteous and inviting. My guest had the peach on peach cocktail and the stuffed salmon. They loved both as well. They have a really amazing wine collection as well. I was able to get a bottle of Opus for an amazing price! This will absolutely be my go to when i come back.

Superior atmosphere, decor and service. A great place to entertain guests and to treat yourself! Outstanding menu selections, especially the calamari appetizer, rated "Best in the City"! The Savoy is one of my favorites! I love to bring out of town guests here! A 5-star class restaurant.

Love Savoy it's a very nice restaurant. Love the menu & drinks. Wish they delivered but i'll live. I also like the fact the chef comes out to make sure everyone's food is on point.

Impressive modern design and decor including tableware. Staff presents itself in a high manner. From all appearances this place is classy and high-minded. Unfortunately it doesn't not deliver the same. Tableware was not properly cleaned. Servers are not knowledgeable enough on the specifics of each menu item. The bar was out of both selections ordered. Sauce on the side request was ignored. The meatloaf was blackened and dry on the edges and should never have been served by a competent kitchen staff. Food overall is flavorful and has the appearance of high quality, but is of average ingredients likely sourced from industrial food service. Looks and feels like high end dining, but discerning palates will sense the lack of depth below the surface.

Their Gumbo is awesome. I am not a fan of their fried chicken, but I love every one of their other courses. They have a lot of fun events and it is really the professional hub for blacks in the city. This is a very intimate location with a very refined menu that really takes comfort food to another level.
