To me this is the original Brazilian steakhouse in South Florida. I've been going to eat there for years and they never disappoint me, the quality of the meat is #1 and the salad bar is always addiding new items to it while keeping the old ones. The entrance is beautifully decorated and on weekends they have a live band so you can listen to some tunes while you wait to be seated or you can wait by the bar as well. The service is excellent and usually you have two waiter/waitress per table. Go for your birthday and you get to have free dessert and a group picture.

High-quality meat and service that you will not find anywhere else. This is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. They even have a cheaper vegetarian option as well if you bring a vegetarian or vegan here. Make sure you make an appointment since its packed during dinner hours. Best place to eat in Ft. Lauderdale.

Service was great at the end. Made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Some of the guys carrying around chicken seemed sad that we didn't want chicken..seemed to take it personally or we're just having a bad day. My favorite bottle of wine is $50.00 in the store and $122.00 on the wine menu. A bit ridiculous. We will come back sometime. Had a great evening with the lady.

Excellent Table Service. Great wine selection across a wide variety of price ranges.Love the Tablet wine selection. Great ambiance. Could improve a little on the meat quality but the price is within reason to enjoy a variety of meat selections. They also have shrimp , chicken or Lamb as open table selection.

Made a reservation arrived to cordial greeting was seated in a timely manner. Entire staff was extremely friendly, salad bar area was clean and well kept. The food was fresh, tasted great and well prepared. Chima's has consistently been a positively unique experience.

Great place to eat if you love meat. Lots of different cuts to choose from along with an extensive salad bar. Speedy service so you don't have to wait long for you favourite meat to come around and you can usually pick how well done you want the meat to be.
Great selection of wine as well. We started in the bar with the happy hour cocktails before eating.

The gold standard for all Brazilian steakhouses here in South Florida. The cuts of meat are cooked to perfection. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and it's all you can stuff into your gullet. Bring stretchy pants for this one.

It's a really nice and expensive place. The price is justified by the quality of the food and service. We were not familiar with the system at all and we did not know that it was $56/person (alcohol & dessert not included). We found it out, it was too late to leave. I recommend if it is in your budget. It is a great place !

Chima was a wonderful place to have a celebration. Everywhere you looked, people were in large groups and Chima handled it effortlessly.
The salad bar is fresh, delicious and filled with options for the pickiest of eaters all the way to the adventurous.
The people coming out with the meat were incredibly quick, helpful and skilled with their knife skills.
Only thing I recommend is wearing stretchy material clothing or you risk ripping them!response / report this review -

If you ever want to illustrate "you get what you pay for" perfectly, then come here. At $50 per person (plus drinks and tax) the price is a bit high but boy are you treated like royalty! I've been here several time and almost planned my wedding here (way more reasonable then expectedrecommend it if you're looking to host a private event). Seriouslyif you ever want to impress someone (and eat a ton of good food) stop reading and go!

The food is amazing! The entrance is enticing. Once you walk in you know this is going to be quite the experience. The atmosphere is appropriate and the staff is accommodating. This is not a place for vegetarian fare unless you devour their amazing salad bar. One word of caution, when they start to serve you DO NOT try to eat as fast as they put food on your plate. Go slow and enjoy the food. They will come around again. Enjoy!

“Dinner Experience with Friends”
It's dinner and a show with Chef Jean Pierre! Michelin Star food from an amazing chef. Only a limited amount of people each night with a fixed menu. It's educational and inspirational! This restaurant is by far one of the best steakhouses in the area. The atmosphere is very relaxed but luxurious. The salad bar has so many options! The cheese bread and turkey bread they start with alone is to die for! They have so many choices of meat to choose from! I don't think I tasted a single thing I didn't like! You can't be the experience or the price! By far one of my favorite restaurants in all of south Florida!!!!
