Only reason I don't give a full five star is because there's this fair skinned lady who works the front station service counter that always has an aura of attitude and shortness with me the few times I have gone to this location (for example, last time I asked her how long it approximately would take to do my front brakes and her tone when she said we'll try to get to it as soon and quick as possible wasn't very pleasant; I ultimately was just trying to get an approximate time to decide if I should call in late/tardy to my job later on that day). Other than her, my experience with this location has been very positive and I love their competitive prices on services compared to the Nissan dealership service center I sometimes go to, to get service.

Had work done on my vehicle. The ladies there are awesome. And Dave, well he is wonderful. Explained in detail what my vehicle needed and costs. I would rather go here than Vaden.

Got 4 new Yokohama tires put on my vehicle and an alignment, within weeks was losing significant amounts of air in tires due to poor installation. Also they used an impact wrench to torque the lug nuts despite asking for hand torque before new tires. I noticed on the invoice that I was charged $30 for tire pressure monitoring system kits even though my vehicle is not equipped with TPMS. The manager and staff present said that they charge every customer for TPMS kits whether the vehicle has it or not. I have never seen this happen anywhere else, and needless to say I will not return to Savannah Tire . You would be wise to find a better shop who value customers over cash.

Not what it used to be. I've been a loyal customer for about 25 years. I always use castrol synthetic blend high mileage in my truck for about 10 years. They put Kendall motor oil in my truck with out me knowing. I was told that since they were bought by a Alabama based company they use Kendall unless told to use a different brand.
I had a slow leak in left rear tire ,they checked it out and said the tire had to be replaced. The leak was in the tire tread but was to close to the tire wall. I stopped at 24 hour tire on Montgomery cross Rds and they repaired it with a plug . I won't be going back to Savannah Tire again.response / report this review -

Mixed feelings about car mechanic places but hopefully Savannah Tire on Abercorn has won me over. Though they were very courteous and even drove me home while my car was being repaired (granted, I only live about a mile away) but they called and picked me up when it was done in my own car. Great idea so I can feel and listen to the car as we went back to settle up. They have my seal of approval and I would recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my vehicle off when it started making an unknown noise. Brad Garbett did a full run down on it, called me back in just a few hours and gave me a full work up on parts and pricing. He was upfront and honest about what needed done and even gave me a list of things that I was going to need done in the future. 10/10 would go again.

Brad Garnett recognized me from four months and greeted me by name. Even though he was not my service advisor this time he offered to go check on my vehicle and kept me updated.

No one likes getting new tires. Brad G. at Savannah Tire on Abercorn was very personable and honest. He didn't rush me to make up my mind and even informed me of their other locations. If you want a great experience, go see Brad!!! Thanks Brad! (He didn't even correct me when I called him Brett!)
