The mall itself is a virtual ghost town. Stores are vacant and there is very little to choose from. Bass Pro Shop is a place that I do not care for. Twice I have tried to purchase a knife and the young guy at the counter is not only rude but very hateful. My daughter was excited to be shopping for her grandfather, she is special needs, and he was awful to her. She cried on the way out. We just left. Will NEVER go there again. Burlington coat factory has nice things if you are willing to dig for stuff. Got 2 GREAT deals on very nice coats. Their staff has always been polite and helpful. Food court is a ghost town too but the Sarkku is excellent with friendly staff. Chic fil A is gone now too. Virginia College is located at this mall but has a bad reputation for being a scam.
Not a very good variety of stores. It was pretty and full of nice Christmas decor. They're food court smelled good. Not a great mall but by no means awful
Would be fantastic if it didn't feel dead. Would honestly rather go to Oglethorpe Mall; I only shop at Savannah Mall because of the close proximity to school. Acmoore and target are Great, but that's about it.
There could be a better variety of stores but I love the way it is Dr prayed for Christmas! I came to live in Savannah after having had a job interview in the mall area. It was the bright lights and the "magical" atmosphere that drew me and made me say " I want to do Christmas in Savannah"..at the Savannah Mall.
Love taking my kids here because there is rarely a crowd and a lot of kid-friendly things to do such as indoor playground, train. etc. The mall is close to a new local library, too! There are not many stores with the exception of their anchor stores such as Target, Bass Pro Shop. and Dillard's.
Could use better prices and items for sale. Rather expensive. Fun for kids. Savanah Sweets, Bass Pro and Art Store are the best.
I really like the Savannah Mall despite its struggle to stay afloat. Still have some great stores, and a great food court. With two floors this is a great place to walk indoors to stay out of the summer heat. A great place to meet up for lunch and dinner with the restaurants that are located there as well. Also a good place to potentially rent space for church meetings and other events.
Eh Place looks like a ghost town. Several empty anchor store rental spaces.. And many empty spots for little stores.. The only single GREAT thing is the food court. Nice choices and great spot for lunch. Not much else in this mall, though..
I'm here often since Target is attached. As far as shopping goes, there are hardly any stores left open in here. I'd love to see it get a revival! The mall does do cute things with their mini train for kids but the soft play area could use a really good cleaning.
It's been years since I've been to a mall thanks to something called "The Internet." This mail seemed decent enough, no complaintsclean, stores appeared clean and organized. I was there on a Saturday morning and it was pretty much deserted so I can't comment on the type of crowds on a Friday night for example.
Nice to have a Target and Bass Pro but the mall is really small and there is a lot of empty space. Not all of the shop spaces are filled.
Not too big, but it has just enough to keep you and your family entertained. I highly recommend Tree tops putt putt.
It wasn't so much that it was a bad place but when a mall is dying and they're very few people around you feel like you're in one of those apocalyptic movies. The stores that we did enter everyone was very nice and friendly but send clothes out and so many empty buildings is depressing. But as long as the internet is around I have no idea what type of employment is going to be there for the non-technical
This mall is so weird only about 1/3 full. For some reason there are MULTIPLE gyms here. Good selection of restaurants at least. Unless you have a specific store or restaurant you want to go to - skip this mall.
