Very popular place. Very busy during holiday season. Hard to find parking spots. Lots of restaurants available. Valet parking in some areas. If you like crowds, this is the place to be.

This mall is absolutely one of the best malls I've been to. The layout is intuitive, so it's hard to get lost. The shops are very diverse and high quality. The food court has something for everyone, and there are several really great restaurants just outside.

Great local suburban mall. Over the last few years it has seen some improvements in the choice of stores that lease space within the mall. It is a pretty small mall but it does have the 'go-to' mall elements and highly recognizable brands with a few locally branded clothing stores thrown in between. Again, this mall is making a slight come back from the stores that used to be here but do not expect it to have as many store options to really shop from.

Was a great experience to shop. Very clean and great environment. Had upscale stores. White House Black Market was one of the best I️ have been in. Food court was also one of the best I️ have seen. Would definitely come back and shop!

There are more than enough stores, both big and small to satisfy all shopping needs. They have a ton of selections in their food court, and several directories throughout the mall. The only issue was with the location of the ATMs. There were only 2 listed on the directories and both are within the same vicinity and on the same floor. There is a third ATM located on the first floor of Macy’s by the washrooms. There was several major restaurants located on one side of the mall that you can only enter from the outside I believe-each offers something different from the other. Overall (as a tourist) this was a great mall to shop and dine at!

Not too many major department stores. It's definitely a mall for the younger and older crowd. Those that can't walk far and the youth that just do to hang out. The plus is the restaurants surrounding the mall. Fresh to Order is our favorite. The parking is always a bit of a challenge, but they do offer valet l.

I was eating in the food court when around 7pm a custodian came up to me and told me I needed to move so she could mop. I looked at the floor she pointed at and didn't see a spill. So I asked her what she meant and she said I needed to move to a different seating area so she could mop the one I was in. I said okay and tried to finish my meal before I got up but she kept hovering around me. Eventually I felt so uncomfortable I didn't even finish my food and left. When I got up she had the whole area blocked off by chairs. Mind you the mall doesn't close until 9 and she's blocking off areas at 7. I understand trying to get the mall clean etc but she could've waited till I left. A really irritating experience.

Decent mall but parking can be troublesome. They do have some excellent restaurants here. Highly recommend Ted's Montana grill & their nice selection of Bison meat on the menu. The Bison chili is Amazing!

The dream of the ‘90s is well alive in this 1970s eye sore along beautiful Cobb Parkway.

Parking is always difficult, especially on the north end near Costco. Once you do park, use extreme caution, as the parking lot engineers weren’t told people would be getting out of their cars to walk. There’s no safe pedestrian passages anywhere.

My favorite example of this is the massive (and I’m sure expensive) pedestrian bridge from the Galleria over to the mall, which leads across to absolutely nothing, not even a curb cut or crosswalk, just parking lot.

Beyond the pedestrian danger zone, a charming collection of spotless corporate retail outlets greets you. Enjoy.

The revamp of the mall looks good but it seems as if all the stores are the same. What one store has the next store has so you really only have to go into one store. Going to Cumberland Mall on the weekday in the middle of the day is the best time to go because if you go on Friday Saturday or even Sunday you are going to be crowded by so many people that are not really shopping they're just walking around and looking at you buy things.

Place is great! Good people! And good food! But parking can get crazy! That's why I four star it.

I'm a Georgia Native. This is one of my least favorite malls. It's ghetto and unclean. I feel like I'm going to be mugged every time I have to go to this mall. On a demographic note it has few Asian, Indian, Spanish, Caucasians visitors and many African American visitors on a daily basis. According to local law enforcement, crime including robbery, theft and threatening behavior from certain individuals are a problem. Parents should watch their belongings and their children. Lock your vehicle doors and hide your belongings if you have to shop here. The mall includes a food court (that's infested by roaches according to janitorial staff) and is accessible by a bus transit system. Mall security in the mall parking lot is not reliable if you run into problems. Call 911 if you feel you are in any danger.

Cumberland Mall has been a nice Mall ever since I relocated from PA 30 yrs ago. The owners take pride in their mall by keeping up with the latest store and some of the best places to eat. I usually find what I am looking for when I shop there. Oh and let's not forget Costco my favorite warehouse shopping for bulk items at the most reasonable price.

Well i have been coming to Cumberland Mall now for years and I remember what it first like when i first moved to Georgia and i must say i am very impressed with the improvements over the past few years and I love coming here with my kids. They are always adding a new store or restaurant and knowing they have valet service is really nice. They didnt have that when i first moved here 20 years ago. I love it and my kids do as well. The stores are truly amazing!

A great mall to go to the crowds are never too big and it's always clean, they could add a few better shops but I won't complain. Even with Lenox mall having more high end shop this mall is still 1000x better. Everyone is friendly and attentive for the most part unlike the other mall I mentioned where everyone acts as if they're better than you. I definitely recommend doing your shopping here or just a family outing it's a great place to go!
