My car would not start after going to a store. I called Glenn, and when we figured out what the problem was, he came and met me in the parking lot. He then proceeded to take the 15 minutes or so to fix the car. He did not tell me to just have the car towed in so he could look at it the next day. He went way beyond most mechanics are willing to go, and then said he'd have me pay for it the next time. A great way to create customer loyalty.

I love these guys. They have helped me with some tricky fixes and diagnostics with my fleet. They have moved mountains to fit us in for a quick "look" at our stuff. I constantly send people their way.

I took my car in and the mechanic had so much experience, he knew right away what the problem was. They were accurate in their cost estimate (very reasonable) and in the time estimate of when they could get it fixed. They waited after closing until I got there to pick it up my car. They were friendly and the office was clean and all made me feel comfortable being there.

At first the prices of diagnostics and repairs seemed steap but I have realized that's because they are accurate and honest. In all reality, if you end up paying more, you're paying for quick but quality work, and peace of mind. The estimate has almost always matched final cost and sometimes ends up being cheaper than other places.

One tiny piece of advice: this shop will always try and talk you into a $70-90 diagnostic before repairs, even if you tell them the problem. This has more to do with them being "safer than sorry" but on at least one occasion I paid $70 to learn what I already knew. Not a huge biggie though, and sometimes it's worth the peace of mind.

These guys made my day!! I was having them look at a car that I was potentially going to buy. They saved me from a really awkward situation as I found out some shocking facts on the car. I ended up locking my keys in my car and the mechanics there jumped right into action to help me get into my car. These guys are so nice and helpful, I wish I lived closer but I still may consider driving the hour to have them look at my car in the future. Truly service with a smile, starting from the first phone call. I would trust these guys and secommend them whole heartedly. Thank you!!!

I've been taking my vehicles to SavMor for 19 years. It's so nice to know you're not going to get taken advantage of. Glen and his team will let you know if something really needs to be repaired, or if it's something that can wait. These guys are experts on older carbureted engines too and have always gotten my older vehicles running perfectly!
