  I was a new patient today and I had Dr. Santos check out and fix my tooth before back surgery. I always felt judged as well for all the work I needed done. I can honestly say this is the first place I’ve been to in decades that doesn’t make you feel bad about anything! I love it here and I’m so happy I picked them to fix my tooth. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much to everyone at this practice and of course Dr. Santos. You have eased my fear of dentists❤️😁

  I LOVE Dr. Santos! I've recommended him to everyone I know. I went to a dentist before him who judged me for how much work I needed but when I came to Dr. Santos, there was 0 judgement. He also truly takes your input and your wants, needs and life circumstances into consideration! It's just a breath of fresh air compared to what I've dealt with lately. And the staff had been so nice and flexible. I've had no problems at all.

  First time patient and I have never had such a comprehensive exam. Everyone was so thorough and professional and I felt very comfortable with their care. Dr. Herman was great and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this dental office.

  I was going to wait but honestly I'm so blown away Schrumpf & Herman Family Dentistry is amazing. My kids even love it there (4 & 7). We are a military family and so grateful to have found a place we can all go.
  
  I was allowed back with my children and stayed with them the whole time. They do have a treasure box which is a big deal to my kids.
  
  My new patient exam was the most thorough I have ever had. I felt extremely comfortable and never once did I feel like the process was rushed.
  
  My cleaning which is a separate appointment was great! She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.
  
  The office staff has been working us in on cancellations so we don't have to wait long since we have a flexible schedule and are leaving the area soon. Honestly they are all extremely nice and so helpful.
