  James Simmons is a first-rate lawyer. He is fair, honest, and sincere. As a client he handled a personal injury matter that involved advice, understanding, knowledge of the law, and ability to deal with insurance adjusters. But that is not all. He took care of hidden issues such as reimbursements for insurance paid costs which he got reduced substantially and handling wild tactics by recalcitrant insurance adjusters. He got me a great settlement.
  
  His office was run efficiently, and all our interactions were done in a strong professional and courteous manner. He understood my concerns and did not gouge his fees. Those fees were fair; actually for all the work he put in, very fair. Most folks do not understand all that is entailed with legal representation. It is time consuming and tedious with the forms and requirements of today's attorneys handling funds.
  
  I recommend him strongly. He will handle and manage your case fairly and professionally. You will be satisfied.
