The customer service was horrible. We just purchased a home and my husband came in to the store to buy a whole house worth of furniture and he walked into the store with no greeting, walked around for 30 minutes, and left the store with nothing at all said to him. Most definitely never buying anything from the store.

About 6 years ago, we bought our first house and bought all of our furniture from Santa Fe Ranch. One of our favorite purchases was the log bedroom set. The customer service was great! The staff was available when needed for questions but definitely not pushy which I appreciated it. Recently, we sold our home and we will be purchasing from Santa Fe again when we move into the new one. The Made in the USA pieces and the quality of everything they offer can’t be beat! I don’t even consider checking out other stores!
