We’ve stayed here for a few years now and always enjoyed our experience. We checked in today, a day later than we we had reserved. IHG was really helpful and understanding the night we were supposed to get here. Then there was Jon at the front desk, when we checked. What an absolute joy to interact with. He really went out of his way to accommodate us. I thought he was management with how he amazing he was. I couldn’t believe it when I asked his age and he’s only 20. People like him make being a customer enjoyable. I just love this Holiday Inn Express. I can’t wait to see our breakfast lady in the morning, she’s always super sweet and keeps the food very fresh. Also, accommodates my children because they love their cinnamon rolls!!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express for being amazing.

This hotel is in a good location with several restaurants and shops across the street. The staff was friendly during our brief interactions. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold items; everything we tried was good. We stayed in a king room which was mostly clean and spacious. One concern was that, while we were having breakfast on the day of checkout, the cleaning staff came and made our bed and switched out the towels. They didn't change the sheets or clean the room, otherwise. We alerted the front desk of the issue before leaving. They assured us it would be changed properly, but it is a concern.

Two stars. The hotel staff members are polite. I did not appreciate finding a live bed bug crawling on the bed and being told by management that it was some type of tick, when I have done research on this type of bug. I know what they look like. I did not say a word. I did not see any more after the first night. Second I found hair in the bed the first night there. Informed the manager and he assured me that the linen is changed daily. The first thing you do is apologize, a little sympathy would be great, make it right, and follow up with retention in mind. They were good about making it right. Third someone burnt something in there room. Alarms went off power went out in the rooms and elevator power went out. I ran down the stairs asked if there was a fire and they were clueless. Wow thank the lord. I am going to try the Hampton Inn next time. Good Luck.

my family and I stayed at the hotel to ensure our safety during the hurricane. The staff at this high end hotel was extraordinary!! All the staff members at the hotel did everything they could to keep us safe and comfortable, but the two staff members that stood out to me the most was Jonathan and Eva. Those specific two went the extra mile to keep the guests happy, with hard work and amazing personalities :)

Excellent Service
My brother stayed there during the hurricane. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything was great.The manager Jon was very professional and Patton was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and found the accommodations and service to be exemplary. My brother had a great stay with his dog Lucky a great pet friendly hotel. It was so comforting to know that they made everything okay for my family. The dining service and breakfast was very good too!

Do not stay here if you are a large group, especially if in town for softball or baseball. BabeRuth forced us to stay here and the treatment by the staff was appalling.
The pool was constantly broken or being cleaned during pool hours. Doors to outside we're broken, there were never any towels.
The sinks would not drain and the ac units could not keep the temperature, so it was either burning hot or freezing cold.
For what our team spent at this place you would think they would be grateful, especially in non-peak season.

Nice Hotel for a nice price. Very clean and staff has always been polite to me. I've had a couple meetings for work in the ballroom there and its very accommodating as well.

From calling calling the hotel to inform them I was arriving after 10pm, to waking up has been nothing but a headache We called the hotel to inform them I was not given the option to click "late check in" online, the man who answered the phone was rude, & giving us a hard time we arrive at midnight, & their were about 10 to 15 teens yelling, & play fighting outside, get in the room, mold in the bathroom, furniture dusty, floor dirty, Then I get woken up at 7am with drilling, & banging, & doors slamming. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Staff was great friendly hotel was in walking distance to all shops and restaurants.breakfast was excellent and Eva the breakfast attendant was so friendly I will miss her but will definitely retun!!!! THANKS AGAIN EVA!!! You deserve a RAISE!!!!!
