We had a great time! We heard owls, and saw cedar waxwings and indigo buntings. The prairie restoration is coming along very nicely, and the old open-grown oaks give some clues as to what the land was like at the time of settlement. The paths and signage are very well done. There were a lot of mosquitoes down by the river—be prepared.
