I'd like to live there. I love the very Shady trees around the apartment complex.

Lived there for about a year. With new management a few changes were made at first, dog park installed, trees trimmed, lights, sidewalks, and ac units were renovated. Unfortunately, the main gate never got fixed (which was the main reason we moved there, for the gated community) and a lot of distruptive tenants (domestics, drugs, music, not picking up after pets) started moving in. We finally had enough and are glad we're moving out. Apparently there's new management moving in again.

The management really helped me out when I moved in. I arrived a day early from out-of-state, before my lease was to start; so the apartment was not ready yet. They allowed me to stay for free in one of their furnished apartments until mine was ready the next day. Great service!

The new ownership has made alot of nice changes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus lots of upgraded units to choose from and plenty of amenities. Stop by to Georgia, she was very helpful with me making my decision to lease.

I chose to stay at SPA, after returning from Overseas, where I served for two years in Afghanistan. It was a nice secluded place, that seemed to be very family-like and quiet. After a couple months of living there, you start to realize how thin the walls are, and how unprofessional "some" of the management is. For my birthday, I invited my parents, brother, and his GF to my apt, for fun in the sun! I also have other military friends who live in the complex that joined me, and I must say it was not fun at all. 30 min in Officer Kevin Taylor approached "only us" at the pool to acquire about wrist bands? 8 months at the establishment & 2 months going for swims, I've never been approached or asked about bands. I discussed with Mr. Taylor that I'm a resident here & was not given bands, and his reply was " I don't care, if you don't have bands then you must get out" I instantly took offense & felt embarrassed that I invited my family here for relaxation, but instead received unwarranted embarrassment. I asked if the officer could take my name & verify that I and my fellow Soldiers are tenants at SPA, and run a reference and he stated that he could not and would not. This issue was brought up to SPA manager (ethnic female), who showed no remorse for a rebate who has paid their rent for the year! But rather to the officer who she was very familiar with. After voicing my experience, there was not a follow-up or offer of anything for my inconvenience. Maybe an extra wrist band, or letter of apology on behalf of the company, Nothing!! I am counting down the days till my least is up. Respect & Professionalism is EVERYTHING To a person, and several times, from the ants invading our cars, to cockroaches seen in the apartments all the time, they lack an expression of empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this complex to ANY militant person, especially with all the complexes there is to choose from in this area.

Worst apartment ever. They're unhelpful there are fully furnished apartments are filthy and they try to rob you when you try to it's five months later and I'm still

I was moving to Georgia from Ohio for a job and knew I would be buying a house and needed a furnished short term apartment that would allow my 18 pound dog. I looked on line and they looked nice and I didn't see any real bad posts. They were about the only ones that had ones furnished and would let me have my dog there. I paid an extra $300 nonrefundable fee for him on top of the regular $225, first months rent, etc. I got in about 40 minutes before they closed and was tired and not feeling well. I signed the contract and they took me over to go through the apartment with me. I almost died when we walked in. It was dark and didn't smell very clean. The floor was terrible and all the carpet and furniture was dark (now I know why). I figured I would hopefully only be there about a month and had nowhere else to go. I looked around a little after the girl left and found roach baits everywhere. Then I started finding dead roaches under furniture, oven, bed, in the empty trash can for a total of seven. They were about an inch up to two inches long. I cannot deal with roaches. I grabbed my dog and went to the closest Wal-Mart and it was about 7:30 pm when I got there and about 10:30 pm when I left. I spent over a thousand dollars on plastic tubs, cleaning supplies, plastic bags, a vacuum (mine was in storage), roach killing supplies of every kind. I got back and cleaned that apartment from top to bottom before I brought in anything I owned. I put most everything in containers. I did not use their dishes, pans, etc. It was around 5 or 6 am by the time I got in bed. Bought sheets that I would throw away when I left there and bought them big enough to tuck all the way around me. Slept with the lights on every night. The front door was hung wrong and you had a gap at the top and bottom (good for more bugs). That was the worst month of my life. No point in telling them because they knew. They sprayed every month. I sprayed everyday and put down new baits every few days and kept finding roaches no matter what I did. I was scared my baby dog would eat one while I was at work. The pine trees coated my SUV with nasty sticky stuff and pine needles. I moved into my new house before I closed (thanks to the builder). I moved out about 14 days before my contract was up. I came back on 18 or 19 Dec to have them inspect (yeah right) and sign me out. The apartment looked ten times better than when I moved in. They said they would send my $250 deposit. It has been five months and I have called back twice with different excuses each time why I didn't have it. I have lived all over the world and never lived anywhere as nasty as that place. I carried every time I walked my dog or went somewhere other than work. If you don't mind filth and poorly run apartments in a not so great area it is the place for you. Had to give a star to be able to post otherwise would not have.

Never answers the phone, lost my contract, when I produced it she said it was not valid as it expired yet was signed August 2016 thru 2017! In the past 20months I have lived there I could not use a washer or dryer because it overheated the dryer I had 3 brand new ones brought out to the apartment! My front air conditioner has not worked in over 6 month. There's no communication from the office. Gates don't work 80% of the time. I have had pictures knocked off my walls from the domestic situation next door, when I called the after hours line they said they couldn't help!

High in crime in the area (a lot of car break ins at the complex in the last few months alone -Google it), loud "music" during all hours, black mold grows like crazy in the bathrooms no matter how hard you clean, ants everywhere inside because of the trees outside, and so many other problems that are too many to name. Avoid moving here! The office never tells you when you have mail or they end up opening your mail. They are pretty good at doing that. The photos on the website are nothing like the real thing.
