We were at the bar the night prior. We had great service and the bar tenders definitely fill your glass! Next morning we went to brunch. Again great service, good spread, everything was fresh and they (as in the whole staff) were awesome about accommodating to our food allergies. The ONLY negative was the live musicnot super great.

My husband was attending a work event, and I came along to enjoy the sunshine. The hotel staff everywhere we went was absolutely amazing. If it was questions about things to do, recommendations for food or drink, or even the service at the onsite restaurants and bars. We were so impressed by the attentiveness of the entire staff at Sandpearl, we'll be looking forward to going back.

To my surprise I was served champagne upon arrival. This place is great. The views are just perfect. My room was clean. They brought coffee up in a French press and it was delicious. I'd recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tampa.

Clean, well maintained, smoothly operating resort. All staff we interacted with were friendly and genuinely cared about us. Very comfortable and relaxing. Nice views, pool and beach.

Very nice place. Super nice people. The only complaint I have is actually a big one. We chose this place over the others due to the fact that it has a heated pool. Once we got there , we realize the water was not warm at all. Unswimmable. We asked about it and they said it was broken. There were no signs, no apologies until we brought it up. I came here with 3 kids, and the water in the ocean was cold which we expected. But the weather outside was nice so we thought the heated pool would be great. Very disappointed we couldn't swim.
Otherwise everything was fantastic. All the staff was very attentive. The bar by the pool was great oh, and the staff serving the pool was fast.
Would definitely stay here again, but I will definitely ask about the pool before we show up.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are great and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool is also great and the beach is awesome.

My good friends got married here. Wow, what a classy experience. The Presidential suite has 2 bedrooms on either side of a large living room and full kitchen. The Chef gave us a private tasting and was very flexible and helpful to our change requests. I enjoyed it so much, I mailed the chef Cabernet soaked Oak from a Napa wine aging process as a thank you.

We had a wonderful afternoon at the Sandpearl Spa. You have access to the spa after your appointment for the day even if you aren't a guest of the hotel. We made a second trip to the coed jacuzzi room, which is amazing, showers, and changing rooms after lunch and the beach Lunch at Tate's is always a beautiful view and service is fantastic drinks and food are amazing. Drinks are priced slightly high, but over all the restaurant and spa are five stars.

To put it simple. It's the best hotel to stay at in Clearwater Beach. Great location, best pool of any hotel in Clearwater, and direct access to one of the best beach in America. And that's on top of the great service. We live in Tampa just 30min away, but we always stay at the Sandpearl at least once a year.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this resort is. Impeccably clean, beautiful surroundings , private beach and most of all the exceptional team here. Especially Kathryn from the front desk. We were supposed to check out today our flight was cancelled. She accommodated us quickly and knowing how upset I due to our flight situation she sent a sweet gift to my room for my birthday. The food and service in both restaurants was exceptional. The concierge team was top notch. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Our room faced the gulf of Mexico and the views were stunning. Thank you for making our hard earned vacation so special !

Overall had a nice stay here. Was a little disappointed there was not cold water in the refrigerator in the room. We were given to queen size beds instead of just a king. Great location.

I was only visiting some friends who were staying at the Sandpearl, but what I saw of the resort was beautiful. The pool and Beach area was well maintained and the staff seemed friendly. The suite my friends were in was spacious and modern, but had class. If I ever need a nice hotel in Clearwater Beach, I'll be sure to check with Sandpearl.

We had a good stay but the hotel is not worth the price.
Cons
Pool is much smaller than pictured and packed with kids (memorial day weekend)
Resort fee 29/day doesn't include and umbrella at the beach (that's another 29).
No Shuttle from airport.
Rooms are a little dated and don't have anything special
All pool lounge chairs were taken by 11am when we tried to go Saturday.
Pros
Excellent service specially poolside and by the beach.
Food at restaurants was above average.
Drinks are very good.
The beach in front of the sand pearl was the nicest and least crowded Part.
Had this hotel been priced lower (~300) we would have loved it but for 450 this hotel was way over priced.response / report this review -

This is the absolute best luxury hotel in Clearwater/Tampa. Clean, friendly staff,and awesome food and drinks,and attention to detail is priceless. The staff's attentive and wait on you hand and foot. YES it's pricey but worth every penny. I strongly recommend this hotel for couples. Not somewhere you'd want kids.
