Andy is a great representative for this company! He called this morning to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. Super friendly, polite, and well-versed in all things garage door. The only bummer is that we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated on our garage door repair but since we had not done ANY maintenance in over 10 years, we probably deserved some extra problems. Door Pros were awesome! I received a quote 6 months ago and sat on it. To my surprise steel prices have increased substantially and the quote had gone up significantly due to the shortage. Additionally the turn around time was now 13 weeks as opposed to 3. However, Leila, was great and called around and found the garage door I needed and said they could deliver and install it within 3 days! WOW! She also gave us a great discount because she felt bad the quote had gone up so much! Sure enough, the day after, David came by to install the door and motor! He was professional, quick and clean! Andrew and Andy were phenomenal as well! This is a company that clearly values their customers and works hard to make their customers happy! I will no doubt recommend Door Pros and will use them next time!

The whole experience was easy, respectful, and seamless. Same day service and my jammed garage door was able to be fixed quickly with only a $99 service fee - phew and thank you!
