Ok customer service because they want uour $$$$$ but very poor follow up on product issues. You get better results at lense crafters or any other optical store. Being at a prestigious mall uou would think they would have quality customer service and faster turn arounds on glasses but no the case!!! Do not make the same mistake i made!! Not a good and reliable business.
