Inmate not notified of Attorney calls. Inmate not notified of money on books.
Inmate not given emails for weeks!
If they even are the right emails!
I believe because Judge Imhoff has made some extremely illegal judgements! That have costed my children ! That now Judge Imhoff wants to keep this information Secret!
Between that and Vista Judge Wood who allows men to threaten women from the witness stand!

EVERY TIME I CALL TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON A INMATE THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY ARE UNDERSTANDING, NICE, AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT ATTITUDE.

Front Desk was overworked and would neither accept my Marriott Bonvoy Card nor give me access to the M-Club Lounge.
I personally would rather stay in a different place.
Rooms are very basic, but clean. I like the futuristic design of the toilets that are all stainless steel, no stainless fridge however in the room.
Noise all night long and i never saw housekeeping during my stay but they banged against my door very early to clean the room.response / report this review -

My review is of the ladies/staff in the front, the ones that sign you in for visitation. They are always courteous, nice and helpful. This is the first time I have had such experience, they are understanding of the hard situation it is when a love one ends up in Jail. For family that visits out of town and do not understand the process, they are always helpful and try to guide them as best possible. Thank you for making this process less stressful than already is. We greatly appreciated!
