I ordered a new oven range at the end of March, and like many things these days it has been on backorder due to the worldwide chip shortage. The employees at Dave's Appliance have been great through the long wait, checking in with updates and offering help in case I wanted to look at other options. Never charged me until the unit arrived and they checked in with me to confirm everything. Finally got the range today, the delivery guys were great - very friendly, went over what to do before using it, and made sure the oven was perfectly level. We would absolutely recommend Dave's!

Did not have a good experience. We needed our washing machine fixed. We called them on a Tuesday and they said it would take two days for someone to come. We were fine with that. Then on Thursday they never showed up. When we called that night they said they would show up the next day. They never did. We called them Friday night and they told us that they forgot about us and pulled us off the list and wouldn't be able to get to us until Monday. Needless to say we were done and called someone else. He came the same day. We really tried to give these guys a chance but they just didn't come through.

Very friendly staff and a nice variety of appliances and grills. I've found their prices to be very reasonable and I feel like I definitely get my money's worth.

Dave's is my go-to place when I need an appliance or have a question about one that I already own.

Their delivery drivers are also very professional, friendly and very talented. I had a tricky washer/dryer install and they did a phenomenal job in just minutes. Professionals through and through.

The office/showroom staff are also super nice. I've been in there for random questions and purchases and they are always incredibly helpful, conversational, and easy to work with. I wish every retailer would learn from them.

They may not be the cheapest date on appliances, but they'll take care of you over the long haul. (Actually, their prices are pretty good. It's just tough to compete with the Big Boxes.) The big difference is that at Dave's, it's nice to be able to call them when I need a part or a repair and having them know what it is I own and what I need. Buying from the Big Box stores gets you cheaper appliances but they really are cheaper appliances, cheaper quality, that is. Give up all hope of repair or service.
Best of all, this is a local company that is part of our community. The Big Boxes are not.

We've dealt with Dave's Appliance for over 30 years. We've always been treated well and their pricing and service are outstanding. Much better than dealing with the big box stores. Great people!!
