  I ❤ Sam's Club! Not only is it gr8 for food, home neccessities, but they have awesome toys, clothes, tires, etc... Their pharmacy rocks 🤩 and Isaiah, the Pharmacist is always so friendly, thorough, professional, wise and is quick to explain and answer questions...he is on top of medications, contradictions, side effects, etc! He is the main reason I am satisfied and utilize their pharmacy! Good job to all! 😉👌

  Big store to buy in bulk. The pizza court sells delicious pizza and icees. They have good prices

  They have a new system where you can email an order the previous day and they will have it picked by when you arrive. It seems like a new system but it worked fairly well for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less.

  Had a very good experience at Sam's Club today: the lines were incredibly short - quick to get through and checked out. And the Personnel were very polite and receptive. I managed to renew my membership subscription without difficulty... no lines there also. And I enjoyed the many food courts that were distributed around the grocery areas allowing us to try out free food samples. I had an excellent time today, couldn't ask for a better experience.

  Sam's Club is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to buy tires. I have been here for 3 hours for the following things:
  4:30pm-7:28pm
  2008 DODGE
  * Rotation
  * Flat repair (bad sensor)When it's all done the said they can't program the new sensor because their machine is broken so I'll "have to go to the dealer"...
  Do yourself a huge favor and buy somewhere where they actually care.
  2006 PRIUS
  * Flat Repair (off car)

  For the first time in the my history I was asked if I needed help at a Sam's Club. This location is a bigger Sam's Club. Full tire, decent meat, lots of home goods and non-refrigerated.

  No shopping carts available, lines long and not enough cashiers, and snack bar packed and not enough employees to help had to leave without my snack.

  Got checked out fast and lady was nice not mad like most people at check outs they look mad with life this lady was nice happy and fast a good place for good deals for sure

  I can agree that the lines are long (like every other store in Santa fe) and that the cafe runs at a snail's pase. But I have never had an issue with customer service since I'm not rude and don't talk down to the employees. Maybe these reviews would be a bit different if some of the reviewers, reviewed their own behavior first.
